Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will be free to play this weekend. The free to play period will begin on March 19th and will end on March 22nd. Moreover, PC gamers can already pre-load the game from UPLAY or Epic Games Store.
As with all “free to play” offers, you will only be able to access and play the game during this period. Moreover, your save data and progress will transfer to the full game once – and if – you purchase it.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey lets players experience incredible adventures in a world where every choice matters. Players will be able to play as Alexios or Kassandra and the game will offer a new dialogue system.
Naval combat also returns in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey as players can take a ship and explore the islands of ancient Greece. Naval combat is now more fast-paced, more closed-range and more intense than before. People will shoot javelins and arrows and the boats will have very high accelerations so that they can be more mobile.
The game also features two game modes: Guided and Exploration. In Guided Mode markers will be displayed at all times and quest objectives will be given to players automatically. On the other hand, in Exploration Mode, the player will have to investigate the world to uncover targets and quest objectives.
Have fun!
