Yesterday, we informed you about the removal of the Denuvo anti-tamper tech from Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider. And today, we have another game that does no longer feature Denuvo.
Bandai Namco has released a brand new update for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown that removes this controversial anti-tamper tech. Bandai Namco has not revealed its complete changelog, so we don’t know whether it has any other changes or tweaks.
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown came out on PC in February 2019. In other words, it took Bandai Namco over two years in order to remove Denuvo from it.
The game is set to return to the Usean continent from ACE COMBAT 3 and ACE COMBAT 4. Its story revolves around the Second Usean Continental War, following an attack by an army of unmanned jets.
Lastly, Ace combat 7 uses Unreal Engine 4 and runs well on a wide range of PC configurations!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
