Now here is something interesting. Batman: Arkham City is currently available for pre-order on Steam and the game’s Steam page includes its minimum system requirements. So, PC gamers will need Windows XP, an Intel Core2Duo and 17GB of free hard drive space.
As you may have guessed – for an Unreal Engine 3 game – the GPU requirements are quite low, as the minimum GPU requirement is an ATI 3850HD or an Nvidia 8800GT. And sadly, the game will require Games For Windows Live for online play.
Batman: Arkham City PC is slated for release on November 18th and the PC version will support Valve’s Steamworks.
Here are the game’s minimum requirements:
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD Athlon X2 4800+
Memory: 2GB RAM
Hard Disk Space: 17 GB free hard drive space
Video Card: ATI 3850HD 512 MB or NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
DirectX: 9.0c
Other Requirements: Online play requires log-in to Games For Windows – Live
