Warner Bros and Rocksteady announced that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight will be available for purchase at the end of October. As Arkham Knight’s community admin Yorick claimed in a new update, a new patch will be also released at the end of October that will bring additional improvements to the game.
As Yorick noted:
“As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post. We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase. In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place. “
It will be interesting to see whether Rocksteady has addressed that awful VRAM usage that plagued the game after its latest update. It will be also interesting to see whether SLI/Crossfire will be enabled, and whether the game will be bug-free at its time of – new – release.
