Warner Bros has just announced Batman: Return to Arkham; a collection of the first two Batman Arkham games. Both Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City have been ported to Unreal Engine 4 and will benefit from various improvements. The catch here is that Batman: Return to Arkham is not coming to the PC.
According to Warner Bros, the remastered versions of these two games will feature improved graphics, as well as upgraded models, environments, lighting, effects and shaders.
Warner Bros did not reveal the reasons why this collection won’t be coming to the PC. Perhaps that awful version of Batman: Arkham Knight scared the publisher? Sounds possible.
Either way, here is the trailer of the game we won’t be playing.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
