It’s been a lot of confusion regarding Binary Domain’s PC release date. The game was originally slated for an early April release (according to its Steam page back then) but SEGA has updated that page with a new and a bit generic April date. Back then, we contacted the company for some clarification and today we got a reply, stating that the game would hit digital stores in April 27th.
Binary Domain is an original squad-based shooter by Toshihiro Nagoshi, the creator behind some of SEGA’s most well-known video game franchises, including the critically acclaimed Yakuza series. Binary Domain puts players in the middle of a fast-paced and intense battle for humanity in robot-invaded 2080 Tokyo.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
