Blizzard has just announced that while it will reveal some Diablo-related news at this year’s Blizzcon event, it will not unveil all of its Diablo projects. The team claimed that while “good things come to those who wait,” evil things often take longer.
Our guess is that this is basically a confirmation that Diablo 4 will not be officially revealed at Blizzcon 2018. Yes, Blizzard may reveal some Diablo news (perhaps some expansions? DLCs? Perhaps cross-play between some versions now that the Switch version is planned for a November 2nd release?) but the game that most gamers are looking forward to won’t be present at all in this event.
So yeah, don’t hold your breath for a Diablo 4 megabomb during this event. Here is hoping that Blizzard will not disappoint PC gamers and that it will announce something that will please its PC die-hard fans. Perhaps a Diablo 2 remaster? Now that would be really cool.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted about all the upcoming Diablo games/projects, so stay tuned for more!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
