Great news for indie fans as Botanicula, a point’n’click exploration game, is now available on Steam. Botanicula was created by Jaromír Plachý and Amanita Design and it’s about a bunch of five friends – little tree creatures who set out for a journey to save the last seed from their home tree which is infested by evil parasites. We should also note that the original soundtrack and sound effects were created by Czech alternative band DVA.
Botanicula is a relaxed game that is perfect for hardcore gamers, their partners, families and seniors, and comes with more than 150 detailed locations to explore, hundreds of funny animations, lots of hidden bonuses, no text or lengthy dialogs to bore you, and bonuses for vigilant players at the end of the game.
As said, Botanicula comes with a 10% discount until May 14th, meaning that you will get it for only 7,19 euros.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
