Activision and Treyarch have announced that the open beta phase for Call of Duty Black Ops 4’s battle royale mode, Blackout, will begin on September 14th for those who have pre-ordered the game and on September 15th for everyone else.

In Blackout, the Black Ops universe comes to life in a massive battle royale experience featuring iconic characters and locations from all four Black Ops games in a one-of-a-kind offering that is uniquely Black Ops.
