Activision has confirmed that Treyarch is working on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 (or Call of Duty Black Ops IIII) will be released on October 12th and the publisher will fully reveal this new Call of Duty title on May 17th.
Activision did not reveal any additional information about Black Ops 4. Our guess is that Black Ops 4 will retain its futuristic setting, though there are rumours that it may be set in modern times and have a boots-on-the-ground setting. As with all rumours though, take this with a grain of salt.
NBA Star James Harden may be featured in it. James Harden was the one that leaked the game’s logo with his hat, so he may be involved – one way or another – with this project.
Activision has also released a teaser trailer for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 that you can view below.
We’ll be sure to let you know more about this new COD game as soon as we get more details on our hands, so stay tuned for more!
