Great news for PC gamers as Capcom’s Christian Svensson has revealed that the team responsible for the PC versions of Capcom’s fighting games is currently working on Street Fighter x Tekken. This is a great surprise. Why you ask? But because the work in SSF4AE PC had started after the release of the game’s console versions. This means that SFxT PC won’t be delayed as much as SSF4AE. Hooray!
Svensson has also revealed that the 2012 version of Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition PC will be released the first quarter of 2012. The reason of this delay is because the team that is already working the PC version of SFxT is developing/porting this big update.
Street Fighter x Tekken is slated for release sometime in 2012!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
