It appears CD Projekt RED has some Gamescom 2018 surprises for fans of Cyberpunk 2077. We already know that the team will showcase the game behind closed doors, however the following tweet clearly indicates that the team will reveal something to the public too.

Right now we don’t have any additional information about this upcoming Gamescom 2018 update. Perhaps we may get some new screenshots and details about Cyberpunk 2077?
However, it appears that we may not get a gameplay trailer. When a fan asked whether CD Projekt RED will be showing any gameplay at Gamescom 2018, the official Twitter account replied, saying that they won’t be showing any.
Sadly, no.

As such, we strongly suggest tempering your expectations as we may not get a gameplay trailer for Cyberpunk 2077.
