Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive have announced that Cities: Skylines is free to play on Steam until February 11th. Cities: Skylines is a modern take on the classic city simulation. The game introduces new game play elements to realize the thrill and hardships of creating and maintaining a real city whilst expanding on some well-established tropes of the city building experience.
Cities: Skylines boasts a fully realized transport system. The game also includes the ability to mod the game to suit your play style as a fine counter balance to the layered and challenging simulation.
Cities: Skylines features multi-tiered and challenging simulation, extensive local traffic simulation, Districts and Policies, a day/night cycle and extensive modding support.
Those interested can download and play the game from its Steam store page. This is a free to play offer, meaning that you will only be able to play the game during these three days.
Have fun!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
