Back in March, we informed you about an April announcement from Crytek about one of their future projects. This game would be a multiplatform title and there are already rumors about a possible new Timesplitters or Crysis game. Let’s not forget that there were some job listings a while back, so this could very well be and an entire new franchise. Ah, lots of speculation, right? Well, the wait will end pretty soon as Crytek’s Cevat Yerli has just revealed that the announcement will be made in a few days.
As Yerli hinted:
“Ah i am very excited, a few more days to go…stay tuned.”
Of course some may think that Cevat is hinting at something else, but back in March, Nick Button-Brown revealed that an announement for one of Crytek’s future, multiplatform game would be made this April.
This new project is said to be packed with amazing visuals. As Nick Button-Brown told CVG:
“The other project looks absolutely fantastic – I mean, genuinely the best of that kind of project we’ve ever done. It looks spectacular, the team are doing really, really well and it’s just really nice to see the team really enthusiastic about what they’re doing. They’re really happy.”
Stay tuned for more!
