Dead Space fans, here is something for you. Fraser Brumley has created and released a retro-cool PSX-style demake of Dead Space. This is a free fan demake that you can download right now, and we highly recommend doing so.
According to Brumley, this fan game uses Unreal Engine, and features all of the main features of Dead Space. As such, players will be fighting the Necromorphs, and they will be able to dismember them.
You can download this demake from here.
Speaking of PSX demakes, we also suggest taking a look at the following ones. You can currently download an amazing Bloodborne PSX Demake. Remedy has also released an amazing PS1 demake trailer of CONTROL that you must watch. There is also a lovely 32-bit demake of The Witcher 3, as well as a PSX Demake trailer for Cyberpunk 2077. And lastly, here are the PSX demakes of Resident Evil Code Veronica, Elden Ring, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 7.
Have fun!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
