Deliver Us Home has been funded on Kickstarter, mere hours before its end

KeokeN has announced that the Kickstarter Campaign for Deliver Us Home has hit its funding target. The team has raised 100K euros for its development, and it was able to hit that goal mere hours before its end.

Deliver Us Home is a solitary sci-fi experience where a lone astronaut seeks to secure a new home for humanity. This is the third part in the Deliver Us series.

Deliver Us Home is a narrative-driven, third-person adventure game set in a widely linear world that’s yours to explore, scavenge, survive, uncover, and restore. From what we know, the game will be powered by Unreal Engine 4. So, we can assume that like its predecessor, Deliver Us Mars, it will have support for Ray Tracing.

There is a stretch goal to upgrade the game to UE5. However, I don’t really think the game will be able to hit it. There is also a 150K stretch goal for consoles but again, that goal seems impossible right now. I mean, the game struggled to hit its original 100K goal.

It’s also worth noting that once the campaign ends, KeokeN will release a demo to its backers. This demo will explore some of the features and premises of Deliver Us Home. It will also give backers their first look at the game’s visuals. And, since UE5 was a stretch goal, we can assume that the demo will be from the UE4 version.

Finally, there is no ETA on when the game will come out on PC. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
