TiMi Studio Group has announced that the single-player campaign for Delta Force, Black Hawk Down, will come out in January 2025. Black Hawk Down will be using Unreal Engine 5, and below you can find a new gameplay teaser trailer for it.
The single-player campaign for Delta Force will be basically a remake of Black Hawk Down. This SP mode will also push better visuals than its MP modes. Right now, Delta Force’s MP mode uses Unreal Engine 4. From what I know, the team does not plan to upgrade it to UE5. However, the single-player campaign will be built on Unreal Engine 5.
The Black Hawk Down campaign will faithfully reimagine both the revered 2001 Ridley Scott movie and the classic Delta Force series campaign. The campaign will be playable solo or co-op. Moreover, the devs have stated that they have designed it from the ground up to deliver next-level immersion while remaining optimized.
Although Delta Force is a F2P game, the campaign will most likely be a paid game/mode. Or at least that’s my assumption. It makes no sense at all to release the campaign for free to everyone.
Since I’m a big fan of single-player games, I’m really looking forward to the Black Hawk Down campaign. So, fingers crossed it will be worth it.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
