We know that a lot of you were – kind of – disappointed with Diablo III. I know, I know, I should be ashamed for what I’m saying but it’s true. Thankfully, Titan Quest’s modding community has been working hard on an interesting mod. Therefore, today we present you the latest version of Diablo 2: Immortal. Diablo 2 Immortal introduces unique new skill mechanics and elaborate balance systems to combine what people loved about Diablo 2 with the possibilities of Immortal Throne.
Patch 1.44 for Diablo 2: Immortal features five fully playable Diablo 2 classes, original characters, looks, sounds and designs, hybrid character and class mixture support, as well as unique new skill types, javelin class weapons and major sound overhaul.
The team behind it has also rewritten the balance systems, with additional support to “weak” damage types.
Diablo 2: Immortal comes also with proper scaling and a steeply rising challenge across 12 acts, new resistances for all enemies, with immunities in Hell, new enemy skills and better AI, adjusted spawns with more champions & guest monsters, new enemies, new heroes, and new loot to find, and epic boss fights and large-scale endgame quests.
Those interested can download the mod from here.
