Blizzard has just announced that the Technical Alpha phase for Diablo 2 Resurrected will begin on April 8th. This technical alpha test will last until April 12th.
As Blizzard noted, a limited amount of PC players who have pre-registered on the Diablo II: Resurrected website will soon receive their invitations. This alpha test will allow Blizzard to get the right amount of gameplay feedback and client performance data.
Blizzard stated that there won’t be any NDA for this Technical Alpha Test, meaning that PC gamers can share their screenshots and videos.
Do also note that while the game will launch with seven playable classes, the Technical Test will only have three. These three classes will be: Amazon, Barbarian and Sorceresses.
Blizzard plans to release this game later this year. You can also find here itsĀ official PC system requirements.
