Back in May 2018, NIS America claimed that the PC version of Disgaea 5 Complete would release in Summer 2018. However, it appears that the game has been delayed once again, as it’s now planned for a Fall 2018 release.
Althoug the company did not reveal the reason behind this new delay, it did state that a a private beta will be starting in early October.

Disgaea 5 is a strategy role-playing game in which players help a band of characters battle a demon emperor in a fantasy world. In Disgaea 5, players maneuver characters around a grid-based battlefield from a 3/4 overheard perspective, fighting monsters/demons and human-like characters in turn-based combat.
Disgaea 5 Complete includes all 8 bonus scenarios, 4 fan-favorite characters, and 3 character classes that were originally DLC.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
