Fireshine Games has announced a new platformer that aims to be a love letter to classic 3D action platformers, called Duskfade. To celebrate this announcement, the publisher has shared the game’s debut gameplay trailer, which you can find below.
In Duskfade, players will embark on an adventure as Zirian. Zirian is a young workshop apprentice who sets out to restore time itself in a world enshrouded by eternal night.
Like in most platformers, Zirian will have to jump, swing, and slash through a vibrant clockpunk world. The game aims to blend nostalgia with modern gameplay in this love letter to action-platformer classics.
Players will explore stunning realms shaped by the Master Clockmakers, each filled with mystery, magic, breathtaking vistas, and endearing characters. They will navigate a wondrous world of ethereal forests, underwater realms, sunlit dunes, and cloudy heights in a diverse universe teeming with secrets to uncover.
Gameplay-wise, players will jump, dash, grapple, and glide through thrilling challenges. Plus, the game promises to offer a blend of dynamic platforming and fast-paced combat.
