Codemasters has just announced that the first patch for F1 2011 is already ready and out for the PS3. This very same patch will be released soon on both the PC and X360 as it is currently in submission with Microsoft – with a ‘TBC’ release date.
Codemasters didn’t provide any release notes for it yet. The company’s community manager, Helios, said that the team continued to work on the game, refining, polishing and tweaking and those updates were included in the patch.
Let’s hope that the patch will get released on the PC soon!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
