A couple of days ago, we informed you about Super Mario 64 being recreated in the Unity Engine. As you may have guessed, Nintendo sent a C&D letter to the team, and took down the project. Now there is another similar project that aims to recreate Super Mario Galaxy in Unreal Engine 4, and there is an early tech demo for you to try.
Contrary to the Super Mario 64 fan project, this one is still in very early stages. Still, we believe this is something that will definitely interest a lot of our fans, so go ahead and download the tech demo while you still can (here is a mirror in case the previous link is not working).
Question now is whether or not Nintendo will also take down this project.
This project is created by CryZENx and looks cool, though we believe that he should have stayed under the radar until a level or his whole project was ready.
Enjoy!
