FIFA 17’s Lead Producer, Garreth Reeder, has revealed that the demo for FIFA 17 will be released on September 13th. Reeder did not clarify whether this demo will skip the PC (as was the case with Pro Evolution Soccer 2017’s demo). However, and given the fact that the PC version is based on the current-gen version, we’re almost certain that EA will release it on the PC.
Garreth Reeder did not reveal any other details about the FIFA 17 demo.
Gamereactor – who reported the news – guesses that the demo will be based on the Gamescom 2016 build that was showcased a while ago.
FIFA 17 is powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine and releases on September 29th!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
