Square Enix has just released the first PC patch for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition. According to the Japanese company, this first patch addresses the bug that involved the Frame Rate Per Second decreasing after summoning an astral.
This basically means that PC gamers won’t have to closed and re-launch the game each and every time the use a summon. That was one of the most annoying issues that plagued the PC version, so kudos to Square Enix for acting so quickly.
Unfortunately, this patch does not improve the loading times at all. We’ll have more about this in our upcoming comparison between the pirated and the Steam version, so stay tuned for more.
As always, this update will be auto-downloaded from Steam the next time you launch its client!
