Epic Games has announced that Update 11.50 for Fortnite will add support for Unreal Engine 4’s Chaos Physics System. This basically means that all the physics will be calculated by the new Chaos System.
As Epic Games noted, the goal at launch will be to ensure that Fortnite still feels like Fortnite.
“Along the way there will be some bumps, so we’re starting tests with a small group of players. We’ll also closely monitor feedback and make improvements over time.”
Update 11.50 will be part of Chapter 2 – Season 2. This new Chapter will launch on February 2nd, 2020.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
