Ghostbusters: The Video Game is an action adventure game based on the Ghostbusters media franchise. The game was developed by Terminal Reality and was released in 2009.
The game features the voices and in-game likenesses of Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson. Moreover, it has an original story penned by the writers of the original films – Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis.
In case you weren’t aware of, this Ghostbusters game is a sequel to the second Ghostbusters movie (it is often described as “what the third GB movie should have been”). Not only that, it is also canon to the timeline of the original movies.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will be another Epic Games Store exclusive. Moreover, there isn’t any word yet on whether it will come out on Steam after a six-month or a year period.
Enjoy!
