Blizzard has just revealed the official PC system requirements for Diablo 4’s Open Beta. As we’ve already said, the beta will be available to everyone on March 24th. So, make sure to read the PC specs in order to find out whether you’ll be able to run it or not.
According to Blizzard, PC gamers will at least need an Intel i5-2500K with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 or an AMD Radeon R9 280.
For gaming at 1080p/Medium Settings with 60fps, Blizzard recommends using an Intel Core i5-4670K with 16GB of RAM. The team also recommends an NVIDIA GeForce GTX970 or an AMD Radeon RX 370. Sadly, the team did not share any 4K/Max Settings PC specs.
Diablo IV will be an always-online game, and will not offer an offline mode. The game will also have cosmetic micro-transactions. Additionally, Blizzard is looking into enabling cross-play support between all platforms.
It’s also worth noting that Diablo 4 will be using a new engine, will allow the camera to zoom out, and will have better animations.
Blizzard will release this new Diablo game on June 6th!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
