Santa Monica Studio has just revealed the official PC system requirements for God of War. In addition, the team released a new trailer that showcases the game’s PC features.
God of War will feature on PC higher resolution shadows, improved screen space reflections, the addition of GTAO and SSDO. Moreover, it will support both NVIDIA’s DLSS and Reflex, as well as AMD’s FSR.
According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel i5 2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 with 8GB of RAM. For gaming at 720p/30fps, PC gamers will need an NVIDIA GTX960 or an AMD R9 290X. The game will also require 70GB of free hard-disk space.
For gaming at 1440p/60fps on High settings, Santa Monica suggests using an NVIDIA RTX2070 or an AMD RX 5700XT. As for 4K/60fps on Ultra settings, the team recommends using an NVIDIA RTX3080 or an AMD RX 6800XT.
God of War releases on January 14th, 2022.
