IO Interactive has released the first major update for Hitman 3. According to the release notes, the February Update packs many improvements and tweaks that will improve the overall game performance and stability. Moreover, it adds new free content to the game.
Going into more details, the Tactical Turtleneck is now an unlockable suit for all HITMAN 3 players. Once unlocked, it will be added to your inventory and can be used on any location that allows you to choose a suit. To get your hands on it, you’ll have to return to the ICA Facility and complete The Final Test.
IO Interactive has also made several technical improvements and tweaks. As such, players can expect a smoother and more stable experience. The team has also resolved multiple, wide-ranging issues that were causing the game to crash for various reasons.
Additionally, this patch comes with some PC-specific fixes. For instance, it resolves an issue where players could encounter visual ghosting or blurred images when using either the Super Resolution Screenshots or adjusting FOV in Nvidia Ansel. It also significantly reduces the chance of players using AMD 5700 CPUs from experiencing a crash when attempting to load Berlin.
As always, Epic Games Store will download this update the next time you launch its client. You can also find its complete changelog here.
