Headware Games is currently working on a new tech-noir survival horror game that is heavily inspired by the early 2000s horror games like Silent Hill and Resident Evil. Hollowbody was showcased at the Realms Deep 2023 event, and below you can find its debut gameplay trailer.
Hollowbody promises to have a cinematic blend of dynamic and fixed camera angles. According to the developer, the game will have logic puzzles, resource management and limited combat with a focus on narrative and exploration. Players can also expect multiple endings and full-voice acting.
Now I should note that Headware Games appears to be a one-person team. Thus, you should temper your expectations. This isn’t a triple-A Silent Hill game. Still, it’s something that a lot of old-school fans may appreciate.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!
