Great news for Homeworld fans as Gearbox has announced a remastered collection for it. According to its official website, Homeworld Remastered Collection introduces Relic’s acclaimed space strategy games Homeworld and Homeworld 2 to modern players and operating systems using modern advances in graphics rendering technology.
“Homeworld Remastered Collection includes updated high-res textures and models, new graphical effects, and support for HD, UHD, and 4K resolutions. Homeworld’s original audio and video artists have also recreated cinematic scenes in beautiful high fidelity.”
What’s also great about this collection is the fact that it will contain the original versions of both Homeworld 1 and 2.
Even though there is no release date as of yet, Gearbox claimed that the collection will hit digital stores soon.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
