I Am Alive PC is planned for a September 13th release and it is already available for pre-purchase on Valve’s distribution service, Steam. The game is priced at 14.99 euros and comes with a free copy of Bloody Good Time.
I Am Alive casts the player as a lone survivor in a believable, dark and insecure post-apocalyptic world. One year after the Event, a worldwide cataclysmic event that wiped most of the human race, a man struggles for survival in a desolate city as he tries to reunite with his long lost wife and daughter.
I Am Alive has been enhanced for PC with higher resolutions and graphics sharper than ever. In addition, two new modes have been added. The “Easy” mode, which will allow infinite retries and a smoother introduction to I Am Alive, and the “Replay” mode, which as the name suggests, will permit players to replay any level to uncover more secrets and hidden objects.
Those interested can pre-purchase it from here.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
