My mind is seriously blown away by this indie puzzle/platform game called Perspective. You see, Perspective is basically a 2D platformer and a 3D FPS puzzle. Players control a character whose goal is to – obviously – finish the stages. However, and contrary to other games, players can also control the game’s perspective. The possibilities of this combo seem endless and shows how innovative indie developers can actually get. Make sure guys to watch the video because this is the kind of games we want to be playing. Gameplay over graphics? Damn straight right. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
