bitComposer Games are working on their recently released strategy game Jagged Alliance: Back in Action with AMD. PC players can now use AMD Eyefinity technology to play the game on up to six monitors (2×3) to offer the greatest Jagged Alliance game experience ever.
Jagged Alliance: Back in Action is also part of the AMD Gaming Evolved program. Developers Coreplay and AMD have been working closely together during the development of this tactical masterpiece as part of the AMD Gaming Evolved project to make the visual experience as intense and thrilling as possible for gamers.
Peter Ohlmann, Technical Director at Coreplay commented on the collaboration:
“AMD Eyefinity Technology allowed us to extend the graphic display of Jagged Alliance: Back in Action onto three monitors at very little extra cost and effort. This improvement makes the whole game environment look even more impressive, and is also a big plus in terms of the tactical overview.”
Neal Robison, senior director of the AMD software developer relations program added:
“The Coreplay team immediately embraced AMD Eyefinity technology to take the immersive gameplay of Jagged Alliance: Back in Action to an entirely new level. Gaming Evolved is exactly that, helping our technology partners to raise the bar in an ongoing effort to enhance playability.”

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
