Great news dino fans as a tech demo for Jurassic Park: Operations will be released on January 1st, 2014. Jurassic Park Operations is a Park Building Sim that will be packed with tons of dinosaurs where the goal of the game is to make sure your park is safe to the end of the duration as IGEN will conduct routine inspections.
Think of Jurassic Park: Operations as the spiritual successor to Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. In other words, this will be a sims-like game in which you will be able to issue commands on dinosaurs.
You can find below a new WIP video from this fan-made Jurassic Park game.
Jurassic Park: Operations is powered by CRYENGINE, so it will be interesting to see whether there will be any FPS viewpoint to admire those dinos up close.
Let’s also hope that Dreamworks won’t send a C&D letter to the team.
Enjoy!
