Tripwire Interactive has announced that Killing Floor 3 will be released in March 2025. To celebrate this announcement, the team has shared a new gameplay trailer that you can find below.
Killing Floor 3 is set 70 years after the events in Killing Floor 2. In 2091, megacorp Horzine has produced the ultimate army: an obedient horde of bio-engineered monstrosities called Zeds. Now, the only thing standing between these infernal creations and the future of humanity is the rebel rogue group, Nightfall.
This intense first-person shooter will put players in the role of a Nightfall specialist, joining forces with up to five teammates as they battle through a war-ravaged, dystopian future, surviving unrelenting waves of Zeds, unlocking new skills, and building the ultimate arsenal.
Players will assemble the ultimate zed extermination squad for 6-player co-op with full crossplay functionality across all platforms. The game also promises to have the most lethal zeds yet. The devs have redesigned every enemy with advanced methods of mobility, attack, and re-tuned with smarter AI. As such, they will be faster, deadlier, and more strategic than ever.
Killing Floor 3 will also have more gore than ever. The M.E.A.T. System will return to deliver even more realistic carnage. Featuring additional points of dismemberment and persistent blood, the game responds to attacks with gruesome authenticity.
For what it’s worth, Tripwire hasn’t released yet any PC system requirements for KF3. As soon as it does, we’ll be sure to share them with you.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
