If you’ve been following the latest news about SSF4AE’s PC version, you would be normally waiting for a fix that was supposed to be released yesterday. However, Capcom decided to scrap their plans and prepare a major update for it that is scheduled for release on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Owners of the game won’t need to download anything manually, as the game will update automatically when you launch it.
According to Capcom, this update will feature:
– Support for keyboards and gaming devices that were not being recognized by the game
– Patch allowing re-mapped keys
– Changes Fixed Mode as the default graphic setting
– DRM removed for non-Steam versions of the game
– NVIDIA 3D Vision enhancements

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
