It appears that the release date for Mass Effect: Legendary Edition has been leaked. According to both Shopitree and GSShop, Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will release on March 12th.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition will feature better textures, shaders, character models, and effects. BioWare has also stated that this trilogy remaster will have better resolution and better framerates, though these two “features” were already present in the PC versions of the original games.
Electronic Arts and BioWare have not commented yet on this leak. However, I’m almost certain that the teams will confirm this release date pretty soon.
Now as we’ve already reported, you can experience remastered versions of the first three Mass Effect games via these mods. As such, we strongly suggest downloading them (in case you own the original games). It will also be interesting to see whether these official remasters will look better than the PC modded versions.
Stay tuned for more!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
