Adventure fans, get ready for Lace Mamba’s latest offer. Memento Mori 2 – Guardian of Immortality is now slated for a Q4 2011 release in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, the Benelux countries, South Africa and Iceland.
Memento Mori 2 – Guardian Of Immortality is a cinematic point n click adventure that is developed by Centauri Production and features a new dedicated 3D engine that was developed by the developers themselves, three playable characters, eight story chapters, more than 50 locations and a cinematic atmosphere.
As the press release reads, Memento Mori 2 features Lara and Max, the protagonist duo from the first game. In Memento Mori 2, they are on their honeymoon in South Africa, when Lara receives a phone call from her boss at Interpol. He asks Lara for her assistance in the case of an art theft from a museum in Cape Town. While the police have already put the break-in on file, Lara and Max attempt to pick up the thief’s trail. In the course of a frantic chase, Max and the thief get caught up in a terrible car crash. The thief’s body is salvaged from the bottom of the steep coastal cliff, and Max is posted missing, presumed dead.
Is Max really dead though? You will find out when Memento Mori 2 comes out, exclusively on the PC!
