During its FY19 Q1 earnings conference call, Microsoft revealed that it plans to bring Xbox Game Pass to the PC. While we don’t have enough details about it, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that bringing Game Pass to the PC is going to be a big element of increasing the strength of its gaming community.
Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service like Netflix. Xbox gamers pay $9.99 per month in order to get access to a library of more than 200 new and old games. The list includes games like Gears of War 4, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 4 and more.
Although Nadella did not reveal when this will happen and what games will be available on the PC, we kind of expect to see this feature tied to Microsoft’s Windows Store. As such, our guess is that most of the first-party Windows 10 game – like Gears of War 4, Quantum Break, Recore and Forza Horizon 4 – will be available to it.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
