During a Reddit AMA, Monolith revealed that the PC version of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will be shown during Nvidia’s GAME24 event. In addition, Monolith’s developers said that they are really proud of the PC version, though they did not reveal why they are not sending any PC review codes to PC gaming websites.
As Monolith’s Forgey said when he was asked about the PC version of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor:
“We feel great about our PC version and spent a lot of time making sure we created the best experience for that platform. We will be showing a live stream of the PC version on the Nvidia game 24 stream tomorrow at 3PM PDT.”
Perhaps Warner Bros hesitated to send PC review codes in fear of a leak? Or was it another reason behind that decision? We’ll soon find out.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor releases September 30th!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
