NetherRealm Studios has released a performance patch for the PC version of Mortal Kombat X. According to the team, this patch optimizes shaders to improve graphics performance and fixes an issue to prevent replays from using up too much hard drive storage space.
In addition, NetherRealm and Warner Bross are granting an extra 10,000 Krypt Koins to all PC players.
Mortal Kombat X’s first PC update is 15GB in size (no, we are not kidding) and contains fixes for Faction War Balance, Team Battle Crash and Control Config Crash.
Some of our readers requested a Performance Analysis for this title, so stay tuned!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
