2K Games has announced that the next installment in its NBA 2K series, NBA 2K16, will be coming on September 29th. The game is currently available for pre-order for both current-gen and old-gen consoles. In addition, those who pre-order the game will be able to play it four days prior to its street release.
Unfortunately, there is no word about a PC version. Our guess is that the PC version will be digital-only, which is why it’s not available on Gamestop for pre-ordering. That, or the game will be delayed on the PC.
For what is worth, the PC version of NBA 2K15 released alongside the current-gen console version, so here is hoping that 2K Games won’t pull a ‘Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate’ on us.
Stay tuned for more!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
