Modder ‘Pfuscher’ has released a new HD Texture Pack for Skyrim Special Edition. This new fan pack features 4K/2K high quality photogrammetry textures for landscapes, and is compatible with both “Skyrim 2017 – Landscape, towns, big stuff” and “Skyrim 2018 – A lot of stuff of everything”.
If you are using the aforementioned texture packs, you should first load the 2017 pack, then the 2018 pack and lastly the latest 2019 pack. Naturally, this texture pack will be incompatible with other texture packs that improve/tweak similar textures.
It’s pretty incredible witnessing modders still trying to improve Skyrim’s visuals. Skyrim originally came out in 2011 and its Special Edition was released in 2016. Since then, we’ve seen countless mods aiming to overhaul its graphics; from simple Reshades to 3D mesh overhauls and HD Texture Packs.
These new textures significantly improve the game’s visuals so we strongly suggest downloading them. In order to showcase some of the new photogrammetry textures, the modder has released some screenshots that you can find below.
Those interested can download this Photogrammetry Texture Pack from here.
Enjoy!
