It appears that a new Darksiders game will be revealed at E3 2019. E3 Coliseum has revealed that a discussion about the inception of the Darksiders universe and where it’s headed next will be held on June 13th, Thursday, that will coincide with the E3 2019 unveil of a brand new Darksiders game.
As the description reads for this upcoming discussion.
“A discussion about the inception of the Darksiders universe and where it’s headed next. This panel will coincide with the E3 2019 unveil of a brand new Darksiders game that takes the franchise in a fresh direction. This is a panel discussion about the art and business of creating and maintaining an action adventure franchise rich in-game and corporate lore.”
Back in February 2019, THQ Nordic announced that Darksiders 3 had broken even and performed within expectations, meaning that a new Darksiders game would make perfect sense (business-wise).
It’s also worth pointing out that THQ Nordic has 48 unannounced games under development, and we expect the publisher to reveal some of the during this year’s E3 event.
From what we know so far, Dead Island 2 is still alive and under development and a new Red Faction game may be under development.
Stay tuned for more!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
