iCE La GlacE has uploaded a new video for GTA IV’s iCEnhancer 2.0 Beta 5. This beta version will be the last one as the next version will be the final for this highly anticipated mod. This footage is from GTA IV’s 1.0.4.0 version, showing a lot of weather & conditions. iCEnhancer 2.0 Final is currently slated for a late January release.
