Hello Games has announced that No Man’s Sky: BEYOND will bring full VR support to the game, and will be free for all existing players. In order to celebrate this announcement, the team has released a new trailer that you can find below.
According to the team, No Man’s Sky Virtual Reality is not a separate mode, but the entire game brought to life in virtual reality. VR is the second big feature of BEYOND (the first one is the expanded multiplayer mode) and the team will reveal the third big feature of this major update for No Man’s Sky at a later date.
We are seriously amazed by the amount of work that Hello Games has put into its title after its really disappointing launch. No Man’s Sky was a fraction of what it is today, and we have to congratulate Hello Games for completely turning the tides.
No Man’s Sky BEYOND will become available in Summer 2019. No Man’s Sky Virtual Reality will support both the Oculus Rift and the HTC VIVE VR headsets on the PC.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!
