Last night, a rumor surfaced about the removal of a “Only on Playstation” tag. While we’ve already debunked that rumor, it appears that some websites are already reporting on this fake rumor. Therefore, and since we were the ones that did all the investigation, we’ve decided to tell you what is really going on.
This rumor originates from Twitter user “AP”. AP found out that the US PSN Store page of God of War does not feature the “Only on Playstation” tag and assumed that Sony had removed it. However, God of War never had a “Only on Playstation” tag.
Here is some further investigation. The game never had a "Only on Playstation" tag. On October 2019, Sony updated the page with the "PS4 Pro Enhanced". Prior to that, it didn't have any tags. So Sony hasn't removed anything.https://t.co/xaQhbUQ7z3

In short, Sony has not removed any tags from the game. Not only that, but the European PSN Store lists God of War as a PlayStation exclusive. Furthermore, both Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding are not listed as PS4 exclusive games.
It’s really unfortunate that some websites have not done their homework and report fake news. So before this explodes, no. Sony does not hint at God of War coming out on any other platform.
