NVIDIA has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to its description, the NVIDIA GeForce 442.59 WHQL driver offers optimal performance in Call of Duty Warzone. Call of Duty Warzone is the upcoming Call of Duty battle royale game that will be available later today.
This new driver also fixes some crashes with some flashing issues in NBA 2K20. It also implements a check in the installer to verify that the Microsoft SHA2 support patches are installed on the user system. Not only that, but it fixes some blue-screen crashes when connecting a VR headset to the notebook.
Other than the aforementioned fixes, this new driver does not bring anything new to the table. As such, and if you are not planning to play COD: Warzone, you can skip it. Unless of course you suffer from some of the above issues.
You can download the NVIDIA GeForce 442.50 WHQL driver fromĀ here. You can also find its complete changelogĀ here.
Enjoy!
